We are proud to welcome Dr. Martha Henao to the team at Desert Retina Consultants. Dr. Henao is a fellowship-trained, retina specialist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases, with a particular interest in age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular diseases, and ocular injections, and more.
Dr. Henao is a graduate of Loma Linda University, earning her Medical Degree from the School of Medicine there. Dr. Henao then went on to complete advanced retinal training, including an Internship, Residency, and Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship at the Loma Linda Eye Institute.
Dr. Henao is a native Spanish speaker and is accepting new patients at our Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Riverside offices.
