Clement K. Chan, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Obtained his medical degree and ophthalmological training at Loma Linda University with fellowship training at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He founded the Southern California Desert Retina Consultants (SCDRC) and is medical director of Inland Retina Consultants (IRC). Dr. Chan has been in retinal practice here in the Coachella Valley since 1989. He is an associate clinical professor at Loma Linda University. Dr. Chan is a member of the Retina Society, Macula Society and Club Jules Gonin—national and international retina honor societies. Teaching through hands-on example, lectures and writing in specialty journals and books is his passion.
Steven G. Lin, M.D.
Has been with the practice since 1998 and is currently a full partner of SCDRC/IRC. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate where he also completed his Ophthalmology residency. He then completed a 2 year retina fellowship at Tulane University in New Orleans. Dr. Lin is an assistant clinical professor at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Playing sports and traveling with family and friends enrich life for Dr. Lin.
